  • Why should I use the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop?

    Our online shop is a quick and convenient way for you to explore the MARCO TOZZI product world from the comfort of your home. You can browse through the MARCO TOZZI collection, discover the latest trends and order your favourite shoes and bags, accessories and jewellery, wherever you are and whenever you like. Be inspired! Enjoy the large collection that you will find presented in the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop. We offer quick delivery thanks to our logistics partner An Post, and you can choose between all the major payment methods.

  • What benefits do I have by registering?

    Registering on the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop makes it quicker and more convenient for you to purchase items from the shop. Once you have registered, the following services will be available:

    storage of your invoice and delivery address(es)
    storage of your credit card data
    an overview of your orders and their status
    creation of your own favourites list

  • How can I register on "My MARCO TOZZI"?

    Simply go to the "Login" section. Then click on "Register" and create your own user profile. Enter your invoice and delivery address(es), create your own favourites list and use the newsletter option to gain exclusive insight into the MARCO TOZZI world!

  • I have forgotten my password: what now?

    You will find the "Forgotten your Password" button in the "Login" section. Enter your e-mail address in the designated field, click to send the message, and your new password will be sent to you in just a few minutes. After logging in, you then can go to the "My personal data" section to change the password to one of your choice.

    You can reach our Customer Service by telephone at +353-1800 849 054 or by e-mail (service.ie@marcotozzi.com) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday. You may also use the contact form template to send our Customer Service a message, which we will answer as quickly as possible.

Buying process

  • Can I place an order by e-mail, fax or telephone?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders by e-mail, fax or telephone.

  • I am a new customer. How do I place an order?

    1. First you should select the items you want to purchase. Select the size and colour of your chosen articles and then click on the "To the shopping cart" button to add them to your virtual basket. Use the shopping cart initially to collect articles you would like to order or remember.
    2. Click on "Shopping cart" any time you like to view your selection or to edit your selected products.
    3. Once your selection is final, click on the "To the checkout" button to start the order process.
    4. It is up to you whether you wish to register as a customer (see "What benefits do I have by registering?") or to complete the order process without registering.
    5. Now follow the instructions and select your invoice and delivery address, as well as your preferred shipping and payment methods.
    6. We will show you an overview of your order once more before you complete the order. You can correct any mistakes before finally placing the order.
    7. You commit to the order by clicking on the "Buy" button. By clicking on the button, you submit a binding request to conclude a purchase contract, which we will check and accept.

  • Is there a one-click shopping feature?

    We provide a one-click shopping feature for your convenience. This makes shopping with us even quicker and easier for you! On our product overview pages, you will notice the "Shopping cart" symbol next to the articles. The one-click shopping screen opens if you click on this button, showing you all the important information and promotions that apply to your selected article. You only need one click to place the article in your shopping cart after selecting colour and size.

  • I am looking for a particular product. What is the quickest way to find it?

    The MARCO TOZZI search feature will help you find the shoes you dream of even faster! Simply enter your search term, the product category, the article number or the article name into the search field and then confirm your search query. Alternatively, you can filter the results on each product overview page according to criteria such as colour or material, and in this way get closer to your personal dream style.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can contact our Customer Service to request order cancellation as long as you have not received an e-mail with confirmation of shipping. But if the process has progressed too far, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation right after receiving the products. Simply return the products to us if you wish to make use of this right.

  • Can I cancel the purchase before finishing?

    You can remove articles from your shopping cart at any time, as long as you have not already sent the order. Simply click on "Shopping cart" and remove the articles you no longer want.

  • Is there a minimum order value for customers?

    The minimum order value in the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop is 25 €. This refers to the actual product value (so it does not include the shipping costs or any invoice charge).

  • What happens after I have completed my order?

    You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation once you have completed your order. It contains all the details of your order. What's more, you can go to "My account" > "My orders" at any time to track your order status. This feature is only available to registered customers. We will send you e-mail confirmation as soon as we have shipped your products from our warehouse.

Shipping and delivery

  • Which shipping methods does MARCO TOZZI Online Shop offer?

    MARCO TOZZI Online Shop ships its products as parcels, which it places in the trust of its logistics partner An Post. Please bear in mind that you can only place orders to Ireland on marcotozzi.com/en-IE. We charge shipping costs of 4,95 € for each consignment. In most cases you will receive the consignment within three to four working days.

  • Has my order been received?

    You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation once you have sent your order. It contains all the details on your order, including the invoice and delivery addresses, the subtotals, discounts, shipping costs, total amount and information on the selected payment and shipping methods. This e-mail is our confirmation that we have received your order.

  • How much shipping is charged in the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop?

    We pay a large proportion of the shipping costs on your behalf. This is why we only ask for a small contribution to the shipping costs for each order. It amounts to 4,95 €.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Our logistic partner An Post handles shipping. The delivery time is approximately three to four working days. You can track the shipping status of your consignment at any time in the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop under "My account"/ "My orders".

  • Where is my order right now?

    If you are a registered user, you can track the current shipping status of your order under "My account"/ "My orders". Please bear in mind that the shipping tracker does not show your parcel immediately after receipt of your order.

  • In which countries does MARCO TOZZI Online Shop deliver?

    Orders on marcotozzi.com/en-IE/ can only be shipped to Ireland. You will find other available MARCO TOZZI Online Shops by clicking on the flag at the end of the page.

  • Can I cancel the purchase contract? For how long can I cancel?

    You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract inside of 14 days. You will find instructions on what to do under Cancellation policies.

  • I was unable to take possession of my parcel at the first delivery attempt. What can I do now?

    You will receive a notification card informing you that an attempt to deliver your parcel was made in the event that our logistic partner An Post did not find you at the designated address and was unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour. Your parcel will be deposited at a Post Office branch or a parcel collection point close to your address.

  • Can I define an alternative delivery address?

    Simply add alternative delivery addresses to your personal profile under "My addresses". Here you can review all of the currently saved delivery addresses or click on "Create new address" to add another delivery address. You can also state additional delivery addresses in the order process. They will then be saved automatically in "My account".

  • Can I also have my order sent to a (Post Office branch) or parcel collection point?

    We regret that we are currently unable to make any deliveries to a Packstation collection point or a post office outside Ireland.

Return consignments

  • I have received a damaged item. Can I also exchange it?

    If you have received a damaged item, you can return it free of charge using the included An Post return label. Please state clearly on your return slip that you are requesting an exchange due to damage. We will send you a replacement item if available in your size and color, and confirm by e-mail.

  • I have received a damaged article. What can I do?

    If your product arrives in less than perfect condition, please use the prepaid An Post return label enclosed in your parcel and send the item back to us for free. If you require a new label or any help, our Customer Service team is happy to assist you.

  • Can I send back articles after I have received them?

    You can return articles within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use the free An Post return label provided in your order. If you need a replacement label or have any questions, please contact our Customer Service.

  • Will it cost me to send back items?

    No, returns from Ireland are completely free with the prepaid An Post return label provided in your order. If you have lost your label, please contact our Customer Service for a replacement.

  • Will I receive notification as soon as you receive articles that I return?

    As soon as the returned items have arrived and have been registered in our system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

  • How long does it usually take until I receive my reimbursement?

    Experience has shown that refunds take up to five workdays (for transfers to a bank account) or up to ten days (for credit card refunds) after we have registered your return in our system. Please note: credits to your credit card may show only in your next statement, though the amount has already been transferred. We have no influence on the billing cycle of your credit card. It may take up to 28 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Payment Methods

  • Which payment methods are available in the online shop?

    There are a number of payment methods available for your convenience in the MARCO TOZZI Online Shop. We currently offer the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card.

  • How can I redeem a voucher/discount code?

    Redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping cart. Depending on the type of promotion, the relevant amount will be shown once you have entered your voucher code and then deducted from your order total, or the bonus product will be added to your shopping cart. Of course you can remove the voucher/discount code at any time before sending the order. You can then use it to shop at a later date.

System requirements

  • Which browsers does MARCO TOZZI Online Shop support?

    The MARCO TOZZI Online Shop is compatible with at least the last two versions of the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

  • Are there other system requirements?

    You will also need JavaScript for certain pages or multimedia content.

  • Does MARCO TOZZI Online Shop encrypt my data?

    We are very aware of the responsibility involved in collecting and storing customer data. Rest assured that we are extremely careful with the trust you extend to us. The entire MARCO TOZZI Online Shop uses the SSL encryption system, which guarantees a high degree of security. You will notice that the address line in your browser shows HTTPS instead of HTTP. We also use MasterCard and VisaCard Verified Secure Codes to provide additional security for your data if you choose to make payment by credit card.

  • Can I prevent the use of cookies?

    Most browsers will allow you to deactivate the use of cookies or to be informed when a cookie is placed.

  • What are cookies?

    A cookie is a small piece of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. Cookies are used to make a website easier to use and more effective. For instance, they are needed in the shopping cart to make sure the technology works.
